I didn't expect a good quality for a buffet with sushi, because, of course, sushi will get muddy after a few minutes. The waiting time was worth it. I'm not waiting for space anymore and eating. We waited 40min aprix. I highly recommend you to come hungry or at least 3 dishes. It's sooo good!!! The ribs were moist, miraculous soup low on salt, the sushi was amazing.
