I stopped by for lunch and ordered a burger cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, it arrived very well done. The owner, I believe, came over to ask how my burger was. I mentioned that it was overcooked and dry. He then asked, "It's good though, right?" I had to tell him no, it was indeed overcooked and dry. I ended up leaving about half of it on the plate.
