Horrible rude and nasty. My 14yr old daughter started today working for Cass and unfortunately it was horrible. This woman was nasty nasty to the girls kept them almost 2 hours past when they were getting off then had the nerve to yell at me and fire the girls when I asked in the future they be allowed to call me.
