The staff is untrained in customer service. Someone who identified themselves as the manager kicked out my 91 year old father in rain- he road his tricycle to town and it started raining. Several staff members were coughing and my father wanted to talk to someone about their health policy. Instead, he was threatened with the police and kicked out in the rain. Nice work McDs.
