Last night, there was a mix-up with our food, and it ended up going to someone else. We found ourselves waiting for quite a while. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but he certainly should be in a management role. Neil apologized for the wait and handled the situation with professionalism. I would definitely go back to Sonic. This restaurant serves the best vanilla Coke! However, there was a little hiccup when the staff tried to place an order through an app, which created some difficulties.
