"Hot and ready? Not always true! I used to wait a long time whenever I arrived at their locations. However, it’s been over a year since my last visit, and I stopped by a few nights ago. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very polite, even though it was close to closing time. They happily made a specialty pizza for me without a hitch. When the pizza arrived, I noticed a change; it seemed like they'd updated the sauce recipe, which I appreciated because the old one just didn't cut it. We ordered the stuffed crust, and it was genuinely packed with filling. I ended up dipping the crust in the marinara sauce meant for the cheesy sticks, and it was delicious! I will definitely be returning much sooner this time.".

What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I enjoy their pizza, but I often encounter a busy signal every time I try to call. I tried for over an hour just to place an order for three pizzas, but ultimately had to go in person to place the order. While I was waiting, another customer expressed frustration about not being able to get through on the phone either. This issue really needs to be addressed. View all feedback.
