Just got a takeout order. Asked for a sandwich on focaccia bread with added onions, pickles, and hot peppers. These are all modifications that are able to be made online. Was told it would take longer than anticipated when I went to pick it up—totally fine said I would wait. Could hear the staff in the kitchen complaining about the requested modifications.
