The way they cook pizza is inconsistent. Normal baking of the crust is always dry and could be cooked a little longer. Well done... it's always done by almost burnt. I thought well, maybe this is how Papa John's cooks her pizza until I went to another place and surprised that it was perfectly cooked. The crust was golden brown and the right gun/softness.
