I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. I had planned a special anniversary trip for my partner and me, making a reservation two weeks in advance and receiving a confirmation. However, when we arrived, we were informed that there was no reservation for us, and it was labeled a "miscommunication" on their part. They also had no available tables, and no solution was offered!
