In my opinion, the quality and taste of their ice cream have noticeably decreased over the past few years, especially given the price. This issue is evident at both locations. It feels like there's a lack of focus on the ingredients, and sometimes the ice cream has a freezer-burned taste and lacks the creaminess it once had.
