What User likes about M Calister's Deli:
We were now at McAlister's Deli in Knoxville and Alcoa. Both were fabulous! What a wide selection of dishes; perfect for lunch. Service was polite and fast. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a deli. I loved your food being delivered to you; what a small touch of humanity that makes such a big difference. Although I am told that the sweet tea should die, I will sing the praises of the lemonade. View all feedback.

Not certain what happened, but this location has gone downhill. More than 15 tables were not clear and no one seemed to be cleaning them. A female employee cursed at the top of her lungs, threw stuff on the floor. Walked to the back and slammed cabinets closed repeatedly and quit her job loudly by telling everyone as she left the restaurant. The floor was soaked with water. The bathrooms were disgusting.
